Return/Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return a product?

  1. To start a return, you can contact us at info@cosmixlane.in or call us at +919125815203 with your order reference number.
  2. A courier partner will be scheduled to pick up the return item from your address.
  3. The returned product will be delivered back to our facility.
  4. Our team will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  5. If the product passes the quality check; refund, replacement or store credit will be processed depending on your request.

Handling Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

1. Damaged or Defective Products

Despite quality checks, products may get damaged in transit due to courier mishandling. To request a replacement for misprinted, damaged, or defective items:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of delivery mandatorily.
  • Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging, when asked.
  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges or Returns for Wrong Sizes

If products ordered does not fit (detailed size chart is attached at every product page) or has wrong size but no defects, a handling fee of Rs. 200 will be applicable to process exchange. If size discrepancy is found, the package will be exchanged without any additional charge.

3. Colour Matching in DTG Printing

We use world-class digital printers with OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT-certified inks. The colours may not always match the provided designs exactly and could slightly differ.

4. Careful Unboxing

Customers are advised to unbox packages carefully. If package is damaged by scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements aren’t possible unless:

  • Unpacking videos are provided.
  • Images of the courier cover are sent.

5. Package Damage at Delivery

If the package appears damaged upon receipt, kindly do not accept.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
